When you join the OneTrak program, you are fully supported by an experienced team of advisors and nutritionists, many of whom have grown up around dairy operations their whole lives, and even used OneTrak themselves.
Cassie Schulte, Ph.D.

Cassie joined the Cargill Branded Feed dairy team in 2010 in a technical sales role, where she was heavily involved with the launch of OneTrak and development of our current dairy business. Through her tenure at Cargill, she has had the opportunity to lead our dairy sales team, and now manages our dairy product line.
Cassie’s passion for ruminant nutrition started while she was an undergrad at Texas A&M. After graduating with both a B.S. in Animal Science and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M, Cassie attended Michigan State where she earned an M.S. in Animal Science. From here, she headed to Texas Tech University where she earned her Ph.D. in Animal Science with an emphasis in feedlot ruminant nutrition.
Ward Youngblom

Ward was born into the dairy life. He grew up on a small dairy farm in central Minnesota with 60 head of lactating cows and a few hundred cattle on feed. Ward spent decades managing both dairy and cattle operations and brings this experience to the OneTrak dairy customers he manages and advises. “I use my broad experience to help our customers with any issues or concerns they might have — whether that’s with their ration or any other part of their operation where I might have insight,” says Ward, “I simply want our customers to succeed, so I’m happy to help in any way I can.”
Brady Revels

Brady grew up on a dairy operation and joined the Branded Feed team in 2018 to manage and advise dairies using the OneTrak program. Brady helps OneTrak customers get the most value from the OneTrak program. “By using OneTrak, dairy farmers can help to ensure a certain level of stability in the production and health of their cows,” says Revels, “Fewer ingredients also decreases labor costs and increases employee engagement, which leads to more productive and profitable operations.”
David Goode

David has been in his current role since January 2021 and manages OneTrak dairies in west Texas, eastern New Mexico and southwest Kansas. Prior to joining Cargill, he was a business manager at Climate Corp., a division of Bayer Crop Science, where he managed sales for precision farming software in the western United States. David has also held positions at Elanco and companies focused on agricultural marketing and media sales. David loves the thrill of the sell, and has been instrumental in adding new dairy business since joining the Branded Feed team.
Jeff Mikus, Ph.D.

Jeff joined Branded Feed in October 2021. Before this, he was an independent nutrition consultant for dairies and feedlots. Prior to that, Jeff spent 11 years with Diamond V as a Technical Service Nutritionist, where he worked with many of the same customers and nutritionists that feed OneTrak. Outside of nutrition, Jeff has a deep knowledge of dairy feed centers and systems and is an excellent resource in those areas.
Holly Ohlde, M.S.

Holly joined the Branded Feed OneTrak team as a technical sales advisor in June 2020. Prior to this, she finished her M.S at Kansas State University in dairy ruminant nutrition and relocated to Linn, KS. During this time, Holly began managing a sales territory helping to increase market share of a protected methionine product, while also providing nutrition consulting for her family’s 4,000-cow dairy who have been a OneTrak customer for many years.
Justin Burrus

Justin grew up in the dairy industry, with his family owning a small dairy farm in the central Texas region. After moving to the Texas panhandle upon graduating from Texas A&M University, he worked on the supply and service side of the dairy industry, before making the move to manage two commercial dairy herds for nine years. He joined the Branded Feed team in January, 2023, and currently manages customers in the Southwest. He has firsthand knowledge of what customers face every day in their facilities and looks to bring that experience to improve the production and profitability of the farms he works with.
Lance Storer

A member of the Branded Feed team since 2012, Lance has 30+ years of experience at Cargill, gaining expertise in different positions in the beef industry. Lance started his career in Friona, Texas, with Cargill Protein Solutions in the packing house, where he worked as a tagger in the coolers and as a cattle scheduler. He then accepted a position in cattle procurement — and was named buyer of the year twice.
Lance works closely with both the beef and dairy sales teams and customers in the Southwest region for our brands. His knowledge and experience makes him a valuable member of the Branded Feed team. He has earned the respect of his customers and created solid, long-term partnerships.
Kurt Loseke

Kurt manages both the beef and dairy sales teams in the Midwest region. Kurt grew up on a diversified livestock and grain farm in Eastern Nebraska. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he took a job at IBP for a short time but soon joined the Branded Feed team. Kurt was one of the first employees on this team when Sweet Bran was first introduced in 1995.
“Twenty-five years in the Branded Feed business gives me unique perspective to work through customer challenges and use my experience as a guide,” explains Kurt. “I have customers who were part of the first set of Sweet Ban customers — they’ve been with me for a quarter century!”
